This is where you’ll be working
Our client is the leading specialist in poultry, game, and products made from them, such as exclusive game hams and pâtés. This wonderful family-owned business has two locations and has been in operation for over 60 years.
Your responsibilities include
• You maintain an overview and coordinate operations on the floor;
• You’re more than happy to take charge of a cooking session and, if needed, lend a hand in our commercial kitchen with your culinary skills;
• You serve as the link between planning and execution;
• You’re the one who keeps track of everything and guides colleagues when necessary;
• You handle practical tasks such as grilling, planning, and logistics (like moving carts);
• You’re flexible and willing to work in the kitchen when needed.
This is you
• You work accurately and in an organized manner;
• You have an eye for quality, food safety, and hygiene;
• You have experience in a (commercial) kitchen;
• You are sociable, energetic, and have a good sense of humor;
• You are a go-getter and enjoy working in a team;
• You focus on solutions, not problems;
• You have a good command of Dutch or English, both spoken and written;
• You live in or near Best;
• You have experience in a similar role.

• A gross hourly wage of €17.50;
• Overtime pay at 125% for hours over 41.50 hours, and 150% for hours over 45 hours.
• Net travel allowance of €0.19 per km, starting at 10 km one way.
