Our client is a knowledge-driven manufacturer and global supplier of high-qualitysolutions for data center infrastructure. At the Veghel location, data cabinets are developed, produced, and sold from start to finish. They are part of aglobal organization that operates in 180 countries.
What are your responsibilities
• As a Powder Coating Operator, you will be responsible for coating metal products using powder coating techniques;
• Preparing products for the powder coating process, including cleaning and degreasing;
• Carefully hanging products on hooks, following the correct procedures toensure the coating is applied evenly;
• Checking and maintaining the coating equipment and ensuring it is working properly;
• Removing coated products, visually inspecting them for quality deviations,and taking corrective measures where necessary;
• Documenting production data and quality checks in accordance with established procedures;
• Collaborating with colleagues and reporting to the Team Manager on progress,any problems, and possible improvements.
What are we looking for
• Experience with powder coating techniques and production environments is a plus;
• Accuracy and attention to detail are essential to maintain quality standards;
• Willingness to work in a 2-shift system;
• You are a good team player with strong communication skills;
• You are physically capable of hanging and moving products;
• You have a basic knowledge of safety procedures and guidelines;
• You have a good command of spoken and written Dutch or English;
• You live in the Veghel region.
We do we offer
• A clean working environment in a modern production facility;
• A two-shift system, where you work from 6:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. one week and from 2:15 p.m. to 10:45 p.m. the next week;
• A gross salary of € 19.33 (including a 5.30% ADV allowance);
• A shift allowance of 18.50% for every hour worked;
• Overtime rate of 153.50% for hours worked over 40 hours and for every hour worked on Saturdays;
• Net travel allowance of € 0.23 per km, with a maximum of 100 km per day.
