Our client is a leading specialist in the pre-treatment and powder coating of metalproducts. From parts for the automotive sector, machine construction, and agri cultural technology to parts for indoor use, everything is provided with asuitable coating system. Our client is part of a group with four branches and a total of 190 employees.
What are your responsibilities
• As a Powder Coating Operator, you will be responsible for coating metal products using powder coating techniques;
• Preparing products for the powder coating process, including cleaning anddegreasing;
• Carefully hanging products on hooks, following the correct procedures toensure the coating is applied evenly;
• Checking and maintaining the coating equipment and ensuring it is working properly;
• Removing coated products, visually inspecting them for quality deviations,and taking corrective measures where necessary;
• Documenting production data and quality checks in accordance with established procedures;
• Collaborating with colleagues and reporting to the Team Manager on progress,any problems, and possible improvements.
What are we looking for
• Experience with powder coating techniques and production environments is aplus, but not required;
• Accuracy and attention to detail are essential to maintain quality standards;
• Willingness to work in 1 shift from 07.30 AM to 16.15 P.M.;
• You are a good team player with strong communication skills;
• You are physically capable of hanging and moving products;
• You have a basic knowledge of safety procedures and guidelines;
• You have a good command of spoken and written Dutch or English;
• You live in the Eindhoven region.
What do we offer

• Willingness to work in 1 shift from 07.30 AM to 16.15 P.M.;
• A salary of € 3.000,- gross monthly;
• Overtime rate of 128,44% for hours worked over 40 hours and for every hour worked on Saturdays 146,56%;
• Net travel allowance of €0.23 per km, with a maximum of 50 km per day.
