CNC Press Brake Operator in 2 to 3 shifts Veghel

This is where you’ll be working.

Our client is a knowledge-driven manufacturer and global supplier of high-quality solutions for data centre infrastructure. At the Veghel site, data cabinets are developed, manufactured and sold from start to finish. They form part of aglobal organisation operating in 180 countries.

What are your responsibilities

· As a CNC press brake operator, you will independently produce semi-finishedand/or finished products by programming, setting up and operating the CNC sheetmetal working machines (punching machines and/or press brakes and/or swingbenders);

· You will carry out this work based on instructions/drawings, work orders andthe resources provided, whilst adhering to set standards;

· Reading work orders, instructions and drawings;

· Programming, adjusting and optimising CNC programmes for the machines;

· Collecting and checking the required materials;

· Operating the machines independently and carrying out the associated production tasks;

· Product inspection (quality control) of the products you have manufactured;

· Carrying out the necessary user maintenance on the machines.

What are we looking for

· You have a VMBO/MBO level;

· Prior training in or experience of metal working;

· You are able to work accurately and independently;

· You have experience in producing small batches of precision thin sheet metal products;

· You have some knowledge and experience of setting up CNC sheet metal working machines;

· You are willing to work in a 2- or 3-shift rota;

· You are fluent in spoken and written Dutch or English;

· You live in the Veghel area.

What do we offer

· An attractive all-round role in an international company;

· A good salary of between €3,210 and €3,500 gross per month;

· A shift allowance of 18.50% for two-shift work and 24.50% for three-shift work, calculated on every hour worked;

· An overtime rate of 153.50% on hours worked in excess of 40 hours per week and on Saturdays, calculated on every hour;

· A net travel allowance of €0.25 per km, up to a maximum of 100 km per day.
