Our client is a knowledge-driven manufacturer and global supplier of high-quality solutions for data center infrastructure. At the Veghel location, data cabinets are developed, produced, and sold from start to finish. They are part of a global organization that operates in 180 countries.
Your duties will be
* Operate CNC punching machines using Siemens and Fanucoperating
systems;
* Operate fiber laser cutting machine with automatic sorting system and
material magazine;
* Operate and manage an automated sheet-metal storage and loading
system(tower system) supplying CNC punching and laser machines;
* Ensure correct material selection, positioning and flow from the storage
system to production;
* Diagnose and resolve daily errors and faults related to the automated
storage, crane and loading system;
* Set up machines according to technical drawings and production
requirements;
* Adjust and optimize CNC programs to improve quality and efficiency;
* Perform quality control, measurements and visual inspections;
* Carry out basic to medium machine maintenance and troubleshooting;
* Support other production departments when required;
* Train and assist colleagues in machine operation, safety and material
handling.
This is you
* VMBO/MBO level;
* Previous training in or experience with metal working;
* Ability to work accurately and independently;
* Experience with the production of small series of precise thin sheetmetal products;
* Preferably knowledge and experience with adjusting CNC sheet metalworking machines;
* You are willing to work in a 3-shift system;
* You have a good command of spoken and written Dutch or English;
* You live in the Veghel region.
We offer you
* Attractive all-round position in an international company;
* A very good salary between €3.362,- and € 4.144,- gross monthly inclusive shift allowence;
* Overtime rate of 153.50% on hours above 40 hours and on Saturdays for each hour worked;
* Net travel allowance of €0.23 per km, with a maximum of 100 km per day.
