Our client is a knowledge-driven manufacturer and global supplier of high-quality solutions for data center infrastructure. At the Veghel location, data cabinets are developed, produced, and sold from start to finish. They are part of a global organization that operates in 180 countries.
• Independently and as part of a team, pre-assemble and assemble data cabinets (screwing, popping, connecting, gluing, sticking,light cabling).
• Packaging server racks and accessories.
• Supporting and supervising new flex workers.
• Performing quality assessments.
• Supporting other departments as needed, particularly with warehouse work.
• Regularly supporting team leaders with order distribution within the team.
• You have a feel for (clean) assembly techniques.
• You can work with concentration and have an excellent eye for detail.
• You can work in both line and cell assembly.
• You can process single items as well as larger quantities per order.
• You have some experience with a screwdriver.
• You maintain an overview, are stress-resistant, and can deal with disruptions.
• You are willing to work in a 2-shift system.
• You have a good command of the Dutch or English language.
• You are at least 1.75 meters tall, due to the height of the cabinets.
• A clean working environment in a modern production facility.
• A two-shiftsystem, where you work from 6:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. one week and from 2:15 p.m.to 10:45 p.m. the next week.
• A gross salary of € 17.80 (including a 5.30% ADV allowance).
• A shift allowance of 18.50% for every hour worked. Total salary gross per hour is € 20.93
• Overtime rate of 153.50% for hours worked over 40 hours and for every hour worked onSaturdays.
• Net travel allowance of €0.23 per km, with a maximum of 100 km per day.
