Assembly Production Engineer

Their detectors are used worldwide in the most demanding medical and industrial X ray applications.

What are your responsibilities

· You ensure that our production and assembly processes run reliably and stably;

· You troubleshoot issues, perform maintenance, improve processes, and support new product introductions;

· You work at the intersection of production and engineering and contribute to apredictable and efficient manufacturing environment;

· Key responsibilities Uptime and process continuity Resolve production issues and restart operations as quickly as possible;

· Take ownership of assigned machines, tools, and process steps Monitor scrap, deviations, and trends and take corrective actions;

· Report on machine and process status Maintenance and process control;

· Perform corrective and preventive maintenance Ensure process discipline and safeworking practices;

· Develop and maintain procedures, work instructions, and checklists;

· Oversee calibration planning and initiate actions in case of deviations Improvement and innovation Initiate and implement process improvements;

· Apply SPC and Lean SixSigma principles Support process and equipment development for new products(NPI);

· Analyze process data to improve uptime and stability Collaboration and support;

· Act as first point of contact for machine and process issues;

· Act as a link between production, engineering, and R and D Train and support operators and colleagues.

Thisis you

· MBO plus or bachelor degree in a technical field Experience in a high tech manufacturing environment;

· Knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems;

· Experience with maintenance, process improvement, and production equipment;

· Familiar with ISO 9001 / ISO 13485 and cleanroom environments is a plus;

· Analytical, proactive, and problem solving mindset;

· Good communication skills in Dutch and English.
